Celebrate Love Data Week with the Stanford University Libraries!

Love Data Week is an annual festival highlighting topics, opportunities and services relevant to data in research. Love Data Week 2025 will take place February 10-14, 2025.

Everyone in the Stanford community is welcome to attend to come to learn, share, and discuss quantitative and qualitative data management, analysis, sharing, privacy, preservation, reuse, delivery, and more!

September 2024

• Event Submission Form opens
• Initial press kit shared on website, with information for potential campus partners and vendors
• Logo finalized
• Begin outreach to potential campus partners and vendors

October 2024

• Outreach to potential campus partners and vendors

November 2024

• November 7: Deadline for preliminary event submission
• November 21: Preliminary schedule of events published
• Orders for swag placed

December 2024

• December 5: Final schedule set
• Campus advertising and outreach

January 2025 

• January 19: Schedule of events, flyers, and posters sent out to branches and centers for distribution
